Barbara J. Weinzetl Lindner

Barbara J. "Weinzetl" Lindner, 67 of Fort Dodge, passed away on December 23, 2019. Funeral services will be held on Monday December 30th at 10:00 AM in the Chapel of the Laufersweiler-Sievers Funeral Home and 10:30 AM at Corpus Christi Church. Visitation will be on Sunday from 3:00 to 6:00 PM with a rosary at 2:45 PM and a Vigil Prayer Service at 6:00 PM all at Laufersweiler Funeral Home. Survivors include her daughter Chalsey Stanley of Fort Dodge, 3 grandchildren Jayden, Landen, and Bayleigh, son-in-law Alex Stanley, sisters Sandy Swanberg of Fort Dodge and Deb (Ron) Allbee of Humboldt, several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Robert and LaVonne (Johnson) Weinzetl, husband Marvin Lindner, brother Gary Weinzetl, brother-in-law John Swanberg, niece April Allbee and great niece Blair Lawrence. Barbara JoAnn Weinzetl was born on November 26, 1952 in Fort Dodge. She attended schools here. Following her education, she was united in marriage to Marvin Lindner. The couple made their home in Fort Dodge. For many years Barb worked at Globe Union until it's closing. She worked for several years at Casey's and most recently was busy being a Foster Grandmother at Feelhaver School. She truly enjoyed animals and loved her family. Barb was the greatest mother and grandmother anyone could ask for. She will deeply missed by all who knew her. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
