Josephine "Babe" Bryan, 96, went to be with the Lord, Christmas Eve, December 24, 2020 at Namaste Alzheimer's Care Center in Colorado Springs. A graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday, January 8, 2021 at Corpus Christi Cemetery with Deacon Dan Carney officiating. Josephine leaves behind her daughter, Georgia Ward of Monument, CO; great-granddaughters, Jessica (Kevin) Hallahan and Monserrat Vega-Sanchez both of CO; four great-grandchildren, Sam Ward, Kaevan, Kree, and Kricket Hallahan all of CO. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Mary Lucille (Giocomarra) Enzauro; husband of 73 years, Lee Roy in 2018; granddaughter, Rachella Vega; siblings, Lucy Johnson and Sam Enzauro Jr. Josephine Lucille Enzauro was born May 11, 1924 in Fort Dodge. She was raised in Fort Dodge and graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High School in 1942. Josephine met Lee R. Bryan at a USO Dance in September of 1945 and the couple were married two weeks later on September 16, 1945. She first worked at the Boston Store, Priebe & Sons, Globe Union and then Home Interiors. Josephine was an artist and loved to garden. She was very adventurous. Josephine did many things with her husband, from traveling to Europe to Elk hunting in Colorado. She also was known to nail up sheet rock and mix cement, helping her husband do his favorite thing, build houses. Josephine is the last of the south side Italians. She was always there, working at the famous spaghetti dinners at Holy Rosary. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
