Justin "Buster" Clay Brown was born July 11, 1980 in Fort Dodge to Kay and Denny Brown. He attended school in Fort Dodge and received his HSED from Iowa Central. Justin loved working at Sports Page for many years and formed strong relationships while working there. His friends all called him "Buster"- a nickname given to him by a football coach. He was an avid Kansas City Chiefs and Royals fan and treasured his two trips to Kansas City for baseball games. He collected Kansas City sports memorabilia, coins and records. He also loved fishing. Justin will be remembered for his sense of humor and quick wit. He loved his niece and two nephews and spending time with his family. He was a loyal friend; maintaining many friendships from the Sports Page. He is survived by his mother Kay Brown, sister Jennifer Litwiller (Mike), nephews Elijah and Jenson, niece Vita Durand and her son Kyngston, aunt and uncle Patricia and Keith Courier, Lyn and Joe Rupp, Libby Brown, many cousins, and family friend Dale Cox. He was preceded in death by his father, Denny Brown, and his twin brother Jason. Visitation will be Thursday from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Laufersweiler Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, January 20, 2023 at New Covenant Christian Church.
