Patricia Marie Klinger

Patricia M. Klinger, 90, of Fort Dodge, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at the Marian Home with her family by her side. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 16th in the Chapel of the Laufersweiler-Sievers Funeral Home with Rev. Joe Daiker, St. Olaf Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial will be in North Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Survivors include her daughters, Linda Kay Fuller and Pam McCaffery both of Fort Dodge; 9 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; brothers, James Orvis of Seattle, WA; John Orvis of MO; sisters, Mary Bull of Bichy, MO; Bessie Ruth Jones of Gulf Springs, FL; and Margaret Griscom of FL. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold W. and Marie E. (Pierson) Orvis; daughter, Jacquelin Panek; grandson, Scott Fuller; granddaughter, Dawn Marie Johnson; son-in-law, Leonard Fuller Jr.; a brother; 2 sisters, and 2 step-brothers. Patricia Marie Orvis was born on July 15, 1924 in Council Bluffs, IA. She was raised in Council Bluffs and Fort Dodge. Patricia worked for Hormel's for 38 years, until retiring in 1982. She was a member of St. Olaf Lutheran Church. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
