Allison (Alli) Susan Huss was born April 12, 1996 in Fort Dodge, IA. Alli is the daughter of Joe Huss and Sue (Bodensteiner) Huss. Alli graduated from St. Edmond Catholic School in 2014 and attended Iowa Central Community College. While attending St. Edmond, Alli was involved in things that she was passionate about such as, volleyball and basketball. She strengthened her faith by serving as a Eucharistic Minister, participating in Youth Ministry and attending Steubenville Youth Conferences during the summer. She loved to mentor "little kids" as a classroom helper and volunteer coach for area youth volleyball and basketball teams with Fort Dodge Parks & Recreation Department. Besides her family, Alli's greatest love was basketball. She was named St. Edmonds's female Wendy's High School Heisman Award winner and the Carol Donnelley Award winner for top female student athlete last May. Her hard work and dedication on the court and in the classroom earned a basketball scholarship to Iowa Central Community College. Upon graduation last May, Alli was diagnosed with T-Cell Lymphoma. She handled this journey with such strength and she was a true solider throughout her battle. Her love for life was contagious and her love for her family was prominent above all things. She was an amazing daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin, and she adored her godchild, Eli Huss.
