Please join us in celebrating the life of AUSTIN JEREMIAH MALLINGER who passed away July 26, 2020. He experienced a long and wonderful life and touched the hearts of everyone he met. He was preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Margaret Mallinger, and his six siblings: Eileen Callahan, Tom Mallinger, Margaret Condon, Steve Mallinger, Sr. Mary St. Stepen, and Lorayne O'Leary. He is survived by his wife of 72 years Margaret Sullivan Mallinger St. Paul, MN; three daughters, Jane (Kurt Williamson) Williamson St. Paul, MN, Nancy (Jeff Engberg) Mallinger Big Lake, MN, Mary (Kirk Ankerstjerne) Ankerstjerne St. Paul, MN; and Dan Mallinger (Marina) Windemere, FL. Austin was born and raised in Webster County and met his beloved wife through family members. He started his life farming and then moved on to the transportation industry where he spent the majority of his life. Austin was best known for his kind and gentle attitude. The services celebrating his life will be limited to close family members due to present Covid 19 circumstances. If so inclined, please make donations to the Scholarship Fund at St. Edmond's High School.
