Barb "Tillie" K. Wood-Gordon

Barb "Tillie" K. Wood-Gordon, 47, of Fort Dodge passed away Thursday, January 5, 2017 at the Paul J. Baber Hospice Home. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at Laufersweiler-Sievers Funeral Home with Pastor John Elkin officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. A visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Tillie is survived by her daughters, Candance (Victor) Martinez; Samantha Wood (Lucas); Kristal Wood all of Fort Dodge; nine grandchildren, Erica; Talina; Jaime; Kaden; Jazmin; Victor; Dulce; Chevy; Pablo; brothers, Rick of Sleepy Eye, MN; Kenneth; Dwight both of Fort Dodge; Mike of Beeville, TX; sister, Dorothea Wood of Fort Dodge; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Marjorie (Bass) Wood. Barbara Kaye Wood was born November 10, 1969 in Fort Dodge. She attended schools in Fort Dodge. Tillie ran Barb's Day Care for many years and she was a fulltime mother to her three children. She enjoyed going to casinos and traveling to Walnut, Iowa to see Lana. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
