Carol is survived by her two sons, William (Marty) Adams of Mesa, Arizona, and Jason (Alisha) Farrell of Manson, Iowa; her daughter, Allyson Garcia of Mesa, Arizona; and four grandchildren, Amber Garcia, Arianna Garcia, Morgan Adams, and Adam Garcia. She also leaves behind her sister, Betty Lethey of Antioch, Illinois. Carol was predeceased by her parents, her husband, Ronald, who passed away on September 11, 1969, her brothers, Gaylord Dowd and William (Tiny) Dowd, and her sisters, Judy Roethler and Vonnie Pitz. Throughout her life, Carol was a dedicated homemaker who also held various jobs, demonstrating her versatility and commitment to providing for her family. Carol's interests were as diverse as they were passionate. She had a deep love for travel, with Arizona being a favorite destination, where she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also held a special place in her heart for La Crosse, Wisconsin. A fervent sports enthusiast, Carol was an ardent supporter of the Iowa State Cyclones, the New England Patriots, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. She held a firm belief that Tom Brady was the best quarterback in the NFL, a testament to her keen understanding and appreciation of the sport. Carol's love for music was equally profound. She was a fan of Chicago and Fleetwood Mac, bands that defined her taste in music and often served as the soundtrack to her life.
