Carol J. Husske, 76, of Fort Dodge passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at Trinity Regional Medical Center. A Celebration of Life service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 23, 2016 at Trinity United Methodist Church with Rev. Ron Kitterman officiating. Burial will follow at a later date. A visitation will be 11:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the church on Saturday. Carol is survived by her husband, LeRoy; daughter, Tammy (JJ) Ireland; son, Tony (Barb) Husske; son, Cory (Meghan) Husske; 12 grandchildren, Angelyn (John) Harrenstein; Brendan (Jessica) Gargano; Christian Gargano; Colin Gargano; Skylar and Shelby Husske; Kaden, Colby, and Carter Husske; 2 great grandchildren Nora and Evan; her step-grandchildren, Andrew Ireland; Kelly Ireland and her children Nora and Nicholas; and Maggie Ireland; 3 sisters, Joyce Leith, Marian (Bob) Riesberg, and Kris (Bill) Coady; former son-in-law, Mark Gargano, and former daughter-in-law, Jena Sommerfeld. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harlan "Bud" and Loretta (Shaw-Wells) Worster; brother, Jack Worster; infant sister, Darlene. Carol Worster was born October 16, 1939 in Rolfe. She graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High School in 1957. She was united in marriage to LeRoy Husske on June 25, 1960, and the couple made their home in Fort Dodge. Family was Carol's number one priority. She devoted her life to the care of her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She kept all her memories alive in her photography and her thousands of hour's scrapbooking. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church Choir and Camera Club. She loved computers and photography. In Lieu of flowers memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
