Dena Faye Rydman

TUCSON, Ariz. - Our family asks the world to pause and remember the kind gentle soul of Dena Faye Rydman, who passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2023. Dena went to the Lord peacefully in her sleep by the side of her devoted husband Gene of 57 years. She was born in Lake City, Iowa, on 4-30-1948. Dena was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who always saw the best in everyone she met. Her laugh, smile and kindness will be missed by everyone who knew her. She leaves behind her husband of 57 years, Gene Rydman; daughter, Kristi (Patrick) Brady; son, Brad Rydman; granddaughter, Ashley Riedel (Cameron) and great-grandson, Ariat Riedel, along with many relatives and friends who loved her dearly. A come and go Celebration of her Life will be held on Saturday, June 17, 10:00 a.m. to noon at Laufersweiler-Sievers Funeral Home in Fort Dodge, Iowa.
