Donna Mosley

Donna Mosley, 58, of Houston, TX and formerly of Fort Dodge passed away January 25, 2014 in Texas. A Memorial Service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 13, 2014 at Laufersweiler-Sievers Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Anderson officiating. Burial will follow at North Lawn Cemetery. A visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Donna is survived by her children, Damon Mosley and his wife Lillyana of Houston, TX and Angela Davis of Fort Dodge; eleven grandchildren; siblings, Annie Stoery; Dorothy Mosley; Annie Ruth (George) Pope all of Fort Dodge; Robert Jones of Moody, TX; Lester Jones Jr. of Fort Dodge; Pastor Sylvia Jones of Phoenix, AZ; and Bernadine Connors of Austell, GA. She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Donna is preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Fannie Mae Jones and sister, Gayle Andrews. Donna was born April 24, 1955 in Fort Dodge. She was raised in Fort Dodge and graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High School. She worked at the Telephone Co. for a period of time before moving to Houston in 1981. There, Donna enjoyed a 28 year long career as an Administrative Assistant at St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital. She enjoyed shopping and loved her job but above all, Donna cherished her time spent with family and friends. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
