Doris Ilene Petersen

Rockwell City Doris Ilene Petersen 86, formerly of Rockwell City, passed away Thursday, June 10, 2021 at Apache Junction, Arizona. No Services are planned at this time and burial will be held at a later date. Doris and her husband Jerry spent their working years in Iowa farming in Sac and Calhoun County area, and their retirement years in Arizona. Mom was always an avid reader and enjoyed sewing, gardening, camping, and especially the Iowa State Fair. Survivors include her husband Jerry; children, Randy (Peggy) of Manson, Kimberly (Warren) of Cedar Rapids, Kevin (Dawn) of State Center; sisters, Cindy and Melinda; and brother Jackie. She was preceded in death by her mother Alva Magdelina Earl and father Melvin Charles Burrow; and brother Marlow.
