Edward "Dude" Mosley, 75, of Fort Dodge, passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2013, at the Paula J. Baber Hospice Home. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday at St. Olaf Lutheran Church, with Rev. Leroy Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. A visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 Thursday at Laufersweiler-Sievers Funeral Home. Ed is survived by his children, Beverly (Jay) Mosley of Nebraska; Kelvin (Paula) Mosley; Algie (Romona) Mosley; Larry (Angel) Mosley all of California; Shirley Mosley of Mississippi; John Jackson; Vickie (Mike) Zimmer both of Fort Dodge; Loretha (Troy) Teggatz of Marengo, IA; Ethel (Tony) Deckman of Virginia; Otis (Rose) Johnson; Brandon House; and Quincy Mosley all of Fort Dodge; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Early (Sophie) Mosley; Ned Mosley; Johnnie B. (Dorothy) Mosley; Mattie (Isaiah) Seal-Hill; Bessie Lee; Katie Mae; and JoAnn. He was preceded in death by his parents, Early and Alice (Grace) Mosley; wife, Winnie; brothers, Willie and Robert Mosley; son, Danny Edward Mosley; and daughters, Patricia Jackson; Bettie J. Mosley; Bobbie J. Mosley. Edward Mosley was born January 23, 1938 in Lauderdale, Mississippi. After graduating from high school Ed continued his education in Fort Dodge at ICCC and then became employed with Bush Hog. He was united in marriage to Deloris Mosley, the couple later divorced. He then was united in marriage to Winnie L. Mosley on November 21, 1970. The couple established their home in Fort Dodge. Ed had various jobs throughout his life.
