Rockwell City Harold O. Webb 84, passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at Accura HealthCare of Pomeroy. Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, at the United Methodist Church, Rockwell City, with Pastor Anita Bane officiating. Burial will be at Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, at the Palmer & Swank Funeral Home, Rockwell City. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family. Harold is survived by his wife Carol; daughters, Cheryl (Darrell) Kocour of Lake City, Lynette (Dave) Bent of West Des Moines, Angela (Ron) Kneip of LeMars, Kristi (Mark) Neyens of Pleasant Hill, and Jennifer (Mike) Strandberg of Rockwell City; 11 grandchildren, Amanda (Casey Wheeler) Kocour, Kayla (Kelly) Phillips, Holly Hendricks, Alex Bent, Heather Bent, Dylan Kneip, Dustan Kneip, Jacob Neyens, Jordan Neyens, Kelsey Strandberg, and Ashley Strandberg; 7 great-grandchildren; sister Sharon (Will) Roth of Kansas City, Mo; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence E. and Juliette "Judy" McLaughlin Webb; and brothers, Cecil and Lloyd Webb. Harold Owen Webb was born August 27, 1935 at Lake City, Iowa. He attended Country school, and graduated from Rockwell City High School, with the Class of 1953. Harold served in the National Guard for several years. On May 31, 1959, he was united in marriage to Carol Lange at Lytton. Harold farmed his entire life in Calhoun County. He was a member of the United Methodist Church. Harold enjoyed camping, dancing, playing cards, bird watching, and spending time with family and friends.
