James Telleen

James Laurel Telleen passed away peacefully in his home at Northwoods Living in Ft. Dodge, Iowa on April 27, 2024.

Jimmy maintained a sunny disposition throughout his 81 years despite difficult physical and developmental challenges. He always had a smile and a handshake for anyone he came in contact with. He especially loved ice cream and going out for ice cream to various places in Ft Dodge.

Jimmy is survived by his siblings, Nancy Taddiken, Steven Telleen (Clare), Jane Gortney (Dan) and Richard Telleen, his uncle Bob Telleen and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. . Jimmy’s family is forever grateful for One Vision and the exceptional and caring staff at Northwoods Living.

Graveside services will be held Friday at 11:00 AM on August 2, 2024, at the Gowrie Township Cemetery, Gowrie
