She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence L. and Lucille (Steinlicht) Rudloff; and brother John "Jack" Rudloff. Jane Maria Rudloff Webb was born December 7, 1942 at George, Iowa. She attended schools at Belmond and Sac City until moving with her family to Rockwell City where she graduated from Rockwell City High School, with the Class of 1960. Jane attended Wartburg College and A.I.B. in Des Moines. On December 28, 1963 she was united in marriage to Verne Webb at St. Pauls Lutheran Church, Rockwell City. The couple made their home in Rockwell City. Jane could best be described as "Mom" to five independent children- a constant nurturer. She adored her family and aggressively pushed their growth both spiritually and emotionally. She loved her home, her church, her town, and her neighbors. She was quick with a glass of tea and a pan of brownies when the need arose. The local library and swimming pool were favorite daily stops. The family business on the north edge of RC will miss her smiling face and constant support. Jane worked various jobs including Rockwell City/Lytton Schools office, the Prisoner GED Program, City Hall office, and the Rockwell City Library. She was a driving force at Webbs Feed Inc. and the most important job of all was mother and homemaker. Jane enjoyed cycling, swimming, reading, volunteering, the fellowship of her Bible studies, and the S & B Ladies Club. She will be missed in so many ways as a wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
