Jason Mills

Jason T. Mills, 52, of Fort Dodge died Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at Trinity Regional Medical Center. Jason is survived by his children, Maygan (Ryan) Webb of Racine WI; Morgan (Daniel) Morlan of Fort Dodge; Haylee Mills of Racine, WI; Jordan Mills and Hali Mills both of Fort Dodge; and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles D. and Janice D. (Vincent) Mills. Jason Todd Mills was born May 27, 1968 in Chicago, IL. He attended schools in Chicago and graduated from Emmanuel Baptist High School in Lemont, IL. After graduation, he served in the U.S. Army. After his discharge, Jason returned to the Chicago area. In 1991, Jason was united in marriage to Annette Proudian. The couple made their home in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Jason and Annette later divorced, and he returned to Chicago. Jason was a man of many trades. He worked various jobs but was mostly proud of his time with the football.com company. He notably worked for FedEx for many years. In 2013, Jason moved to Fort Dodge to be close to his daughters. He loved sports, especially the Chicago Blackhawks and San Francisco 49ers. He enjoyed singing and spending time with his children and grandchildren. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
