As a young girl June could not wait to join the Cooper Township 4-H club and wrote about this in her 4-H yearbook. June later became a 4-H leader for many years. June lived in her home until 2021 when health needs lead her to the loving and caring hands of the staff at Friendship Haven Journeys. June and her husband John enjoyed many years of friendship with church and swimming friends, with their book club as well many bridge and card clubs. June and John traveled in their retirement years to Greece, Norway, and throughout the country visiting family and friends.
