Karen I. Breiholz, 79, of Fort Dodge, passed away on Monday, May 23, 2022. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday June 1, 2022 at 10:30 AM in the Chapel of the Laufersweiler Funeral Home. Burial will take place at Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 31, 2022 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM Laufersweiler Funeral Home. Survivors include her sons Brian Breiholz and his wife Lori of Fort Dodge, Todd Breiholz and his wife Lori of Des Moines, daughters Tamara Kraft and her husband Monte of Fort Dodge, Danielle Kastendieck and her husband Jameson of Fort Dodge, grandchildren Belinda Breiholz, Alex Breiholz, Grace Breiholz, Faith Breiholz, Gabrielle Breiholz, Shanae Breiholz, Vanessa Morwitzer, Seth Kraft, Chase Kraft, Tenley Kastendieck, Delaney Kastendieck, and Piper Kastendieck, 3 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandson, siblings Dennis Clark and James Clark both of Tennessee, and Lorilee Lange of Gilmore City. She was preceded by her father Lee Clark, mother Leona Clark Reetz, and her grandson Tony Breiholz. Karen I. Clark was born on January 10, 1943, in Britton, SD. She was raised in Sioux City and Fort Dodge. Her family moved to Fort Dodge area when she was a freshman in high school. Karen graduated from Northwest Webster High School in 1961. She worked for Ackerman Investment Company for 32 years, retiring in 2011. Karen enjoyed time spent with her family and quilting. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
