Lawrence "Larry" E. Clark, 71, of Fort Dodge passed away Saturday, August 6, 2016 at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, Minnesota. Funeral services will be 5:00 p.m. Friday, August 12, 2016 at Laufersweiler-Sievers Funeral Home. A visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Larry is survived by his wife, Esther; daughters, Julie Zehr (Terry); Debbie Garrett (Jerimie McElduff) both of Fort Dodge; Lisa Enyart (Darrel) of Ames; nine grandchildren, Karlee; Kate; Kyle; Carsyn; Abi; Jessi; Connor; Allie; Leah; step-grandson, Chris; one great-grandchild, Asher and his beloved kitty, Zoe. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Shirley (Haggard) Clark; and two brothers. Lawrence Eugene Clark was born July 4, 1945 in Decatur, Illinois. He attended school at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri, where he received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Forestry. On August 10, 1973 Larry was united in marriage to Mary Esther Johnson in Illinois. Larry worked as a District Forester in eastern Iowa before becoming the Executive Director of the Webster County Farm Service Agency, which was formerly known as ASCS. He especially enjoyed working with the "girls" in his office. Larry retired after 35
