Lawrence "Larry" James Feeley

Larry J. Feeley, 67, of Fort Dodge passed away Friday, December 2, 2016 Trinity Regional Medical Center. A visitation will be Tuesday, December 6, 2016 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Laufersweiler-Sievers Funeral Home with a Celebration of Life Service at 7:00 p.m. Larry is survived by his wife, Virginia "Ginger"; children, Melissa Gruver; Ryan Feeley; Brandon (Brenda) Feeley; Carrie Feeley all of Fort Dodge; grandchildren, Taevon; Traeshaun; Aubrianna; Breyer; Breylin; James Calvin; Reggie Calvin; Chelsea Calvin; brother, Ron (Virginia) Feeley; sister, Cathy (Perry) Hewett all of Fort Dodge and many other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Guy and Loris (Bockert) Feeley; son, Todd; and brother, David. Lawrence James Feeley was born on July 1, 1949 in Fort Dodge. He was raised and educated in Fort Dodge. Larry was employed with Safeway until its closing. He was a grounds keeper at Memorial Park Cemetery and retired this April from Humes Distributing. On April 19, 1975 Larry was united in marriage to Ginger Crouch in Fort Dodge. Larry enjoyed cars and that was evident in the way he cared for them. But above all, he loved his family especially, his grandkids. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
