Linda 'Linn' Miller

Rinard Linda "Linn" A. Miller 66, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2019 unexpectedly at Trinity Regional Medical Center, Fort Dodge. Her wishes were to be cremated. Graveside Services will be 12:30 p.m. Sunday, May 26, 2019 at Cedar Township Cemetery, near Rinard, with Pastor Jim Davis officiating. Palmer & Swank Funeral Home, Rockwell City is serving the family. Linda is survived by her husband, Steven (Steve) Miller of Rinard, her daughters Kristina Marcus of Rinard and Kailee Miller of Fort Dodge; 5 grandchildren, Jade Marcus, Ayedden Miller, Rylee Marcus, Sagan Marcus, and Gage Miller all of Rinard; brothers, Norris Jr. (Dana) Melton of Chillicothe, Missouri, Rick (Dana) Melton of Meadville, Missouri, and James Melton of St. Joseph, Missouri; and sister Judy (Clarence) of Kansas City, Missouri; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was proceeded in death by her parents Norris and Norma Melton; grandson Floyd Marcus. Linda A. Miller was born September 2, 1952 in Meadville, Missouri. Linda was raised and educated in the Meadville area. On June 16, 1979 she was united in marriage to Steven (Steve) C. Miller at their home in Rinard and two daughters were born to this union, Kristina and Kailee. Linda was an amazing Wife, Mother, and Grandma. Linda also worked at Eddie's Bar of Fort Dodge, Casey's of Lohrville, and Prairie Valley Elementary School of Farnhamville. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, Love leaves a memory no one can steal.
