Linda Stueland

Linda S. Stueland, 71, of Mason City and formerly of the Fort Dodge and Webster City area died May 21, 2024, at her home.

A visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at Laufersweiler Funeral Home. Burial will be held at a later date at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Duncombe.

Linda is survived by her sons, Shane (Samantha) Odor and Jamie Odor; grandchildren Jazmine, Carson, and Maverick; and siblings, Joanie Peterson, Janet Schlievert, Carol (Dick) Wiseman, Kay Springer, and Larry (Connie) Koester.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Bruno Koester, Carl and Adaliene (Blanchet) Meyers and her brother Ken Koester.

Linda Sue Koester was born on March 6, 1953, in Fort Dodge. She attended Webster City Schools, graduating from Webster City High School. After graduation she went to cosmetology school. In 2005 Linda moved to South Carolina and worked at Berkley County Water for many years. After she retired in 2019, she moved back to Iowa to be closer to her family and grandkids.
