Gowrie- Lula A. Cummins, 75, of Gowrie formerly of Boone passed away Thursday, June 18, 2020 at Pearl Valley Rehab and Nursing, Gowrie. Private family graveside services will be at Glenwood Cemetery, Ogden at a later date. She is survived by daughter, Pamela Miller of Farnhamville; sons, Michael Cummins of Boone and Carl Cummins, Jr. of Fairfield; granddaughter, Ashley Miller of Boone; and brother, Raymond Heatley of CA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Cummins, Sr.
