Michael Eugene Rutledge

Michael E. Rutledge, 59, of Fort Dodge, passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at the Paula J. Baber Hospice Home. Do to the Covid- 19 Pandemic and current mandates on gatherings a Celebration of Mike's Life will be held at later date. Survivors include his wife Gina Rutledge of Fort Dodge, 4 daughters, 3 siblings. He was preceded in death by his mother Betty Odeal and his daughter. Michael Eugene Rutledge was born on April 10, 1960 in Perry, Michigan. He attended schools there and graduated from Perry High School. Mike was a handyman and a jack of all trades. On July 15, 2016 he was united in marriage to Gina Tornabane and the couple established their home in Fort Dodge. He enjoyed fishing, camping and playing pool. Mike very much loved his family more than anything. He was an avid Minnesota Vikings and Minnesota Twins fan. Mike was the kind of person who would help anyone who needed it and he will deeply missed by all who knew him. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
