Michael Gehlhausen

Michael W. Gehlhausen, 73, of Fort Dodge, passed away on Wednesday, February 26th, 2020 at the Paula J. Baber Hospice Home. His wishes were to be cremated and there will be a private graveside service at a later date. Laufersweiler-Sievers Funeral Home is serving the family. He is survived by his wife of 56 years Carol Gehlhausen of Fort Dodge, daughter Shelly (Jerry) Stein of SC, son Tony (Denise) Gehlhausen of MN, grandchildren, Kearstin of CO and McKinley of MN. For 42 years Mike worked for National Gypsum as a mechanic retiring in 2008. He enjoyed deer hunting and mushroom hunting in the south woods.
