Michael L. Welter

Lehigh - Michael L. Welter, 72, formerly of Gowrie passed away November 3, 2018 at his home. A private family graveside service will be at Gowrie Township Cemetery with Pastor Jim Davis officiating. Palmer Funeral Home, Gowrie is serving the family. Michael is survived by his daughter Nikki (Gary) Carstens; sons, Gary (Kellie) Welter; David Welter all of Gowrie; four grandchildren, Elizabeth (Beau) Biedenfeld; Ellie Carstens; Haylee Welter; and Mariah Welter. He was preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Helen (Condeman) Welter. Michael Welter was born September 5, 1946. He attended Prairie Community Schools in Gowrie. Michael farmed and trucked throughout the Webster County area. For the last several years, Michael resided in Lehigh. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
