Nancy Lee Lemon

Nancy L. Lemon, 84 of Fort Dodge passed away Sunday, October 29, 2023 at her home.

Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Friday, November 3, 2023 in the chapel of Laufersweiler Funeral Home. Burial will follow in North Lawn Cemetery. A visitation will be 4:00 to 6:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home.

Nancy is survived by her daughter, Jaci Frank of Fort Dodge, granddaughter Danielle Frank of Leander, TX, grandsons, Benjamin Lemon of Badger and Nicholas (Jessica Moore) Lemon of Badger, great grandchildren Jaxon Johnn-Guy Lemon and Myrah Nicole Lemon.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Margaret (Woods) Stoner; husband of 65 years, Ronnie Lemon; son Jeffrey G. Lemon and step father, Melvin Davis.

Nancy Lee Stoner was born October 13, 1939 in Fort Dodge. She attended area schools. On April 26, 1958, she was united in marriage to Ronnie Lemon and the couple established their home in Webster City before moving to Fort Dodge. She was a homemaker and raised her children before working at JoAnn's and later WalMart. Nancy loved to sew and knit. She also was good at baking. She enjoyed traveling and getting to ride in the semi with her husband Ronnie as he drove across the United States. The most important thing in her life was her family and getting to spend time with them.
