Pamela Vincent

Pamela J. Vincent, 70, of Barnum, passed away on Saturday, July 29, 2023, at her home. Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Wednesday, August 9, 2023 in the chapel of Laufersweiler Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. A visitation will be 4:00 to 7:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Survivors include her husband of 42 years Ron of Barnum, daughter Jennifer Geist and her husband Tim of Riverside, CA, son Jim Jensen, daughter Jodi Lhotka and her husband Jason of Carroll, grandchildren Shenoah, Amber, Justin, Megan, and Collin, 4 great-grandchildren, siblings Tim Laird of Des Moines, Jim Laird and his wife Sharon of Rock Valley, Paula Laird of Fort Dodge and Jeff Laird of Orlando, FL, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded by her parents Jack and Geneva (Andrews) Laird, brothers Tommy and John Laird and sister Brenda Laird. Pamela Jeane Laird was born on May 5, 1953, in Fort Dodge. She was raised and educated in Fort Dodge and graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High School in 1971. On February 7, 1981, Pamela was united in marriage to Ronald Vincent in Albert Lea, MN. The couple established their home in Fort Dodge. Pamela worked for the Fort Dodge Public School System for 12 years. The couple also owned and operated Ron's Car Wash for several years. Pamela was a member of Rolling Hills Baptist Church. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
