Raymond Moeller

October 4, 1944 — January 16, 2025

Raymond F. Moeller, 80, formerly of Rockwell City passed away Thursday, January 16, 2025 at Unity Point St. Luke's Hospital in Sioux City.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at Immanuel Lutheran Church east of Rockwell City. Burial will follow in Cedar Township Cemetery, Rinard. A visitation will begin 1 hour prior to the service at the church. Te service will be livestreamed via the church's Facebook page.

Ray is survived by his children, Tony Moeller of Sioux City, Alison (Michael) Zeller of St. Louis and Kaitlin Moeller (Christopher) of St. Louis; grandchildren, Elijah, Charles, Benjamin, and James; and siblings, Mary Thiesfeld, Rich Moeller, and Roland Moeller.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Mary Catherine (Saxton) Moeller and a brother, Bob Moeller.

Raymond Fred Moeller was born October 4, 1944 in Fort Dodge. His family made their home in Rockwell City. He graduated from Rockwell City High School. Ray was a welder and machinist. He owned and operated a machine shop north of Rockwell City. He loved car racing and enjoyed spending time with his family.
