Roderick Jermaine Mccloud

Roderick J. McCloud, 35, of Fort Dodge, passed away Thursday, October 31, 2013, at his home. A funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 8, 2013 at Harvest Baptist Church. A visitation will be prior from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. at the church. Burial will be at North Lawn Cemetery. Roderick is survived by his mother, Etta McCloud of Fort Dodge; brothers, Michael (Yolanda) Presswood; Frederick Presswood both of Fort Dodge, John Earl (Joann) Rucker; Ira McCloud Jr. both of Columbus, MS; Emmanuel (Janiqua) Lyman; Darrell Smith both of Mobile, AL; Johnny McCloud of Omaha, NE; sisters, Latasha Jones of Des Moines; Bonnie (Ed) Smith; Donna Bigham; Cream McCloud; Tina (Roger) Stevenson; Anita Hill; Brundia (L.C.) Jones all of Columbus, MS; friend, Emily Wagner; his special pet, Macy; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Roderick is preceded in death by his father, Ira McCloud; maternal grandparents, Jasper and Maudine Presswood; and paternal grandparents, Eddie and Cream Esther McCloud. Roderick "Boo" was born February 22, 1978 in Mobile, Alabama. He moved to Fort Dodge in 1992 where he attended Fort Dodge high school and graduated in 1997. Boo worked as a dietary aid at Green Leaf. He currently was attending ICCC in the automotive program. Memorials may be left in discretion to the family.
