Susan E. Pearl, 69, of Fort Dodge passed away Monday October 27, 2014 at the Fort Dodge health and Rehabilitation Center. There are no services planned at this time. Laufersweiler-Sievers Funeral Home is serving the family. Susan is survived by her children, Steven (Michaela) Pearl; Ann (Todd) Reynolds; grandchildren, Tiffany (Brett) Goebel; Nick Pearl; Amanda Colby; great-grandchildren, Elsa, Katelynn, Rafe, and Keegan all of Fort Dodge. She was preceded in death by her parents, Otto and Ann (Coffee) Buettner; infant daughter; sister, Beverly Brueschke; and nephew Erich Brueschke. Susan Ethel Buettner was born September 17, 1945 in Fort Dodge. She attended Fort Dodge Catholic Schools and graduated from Saint Edmond High School. Susan worked for Dick Drug and later Friendship Haven for a number of years. Susan enjoyed baseball and was an avid fan of the Cubs. She was fond of animals. Susan also had a streak of creativity which she expressed through her artwork especially, drawings. Memorials may be left to discretion if the family.
