Rockwell City Terry R. Kindred 79, passed away Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at Select Specialty Hospital in Des Moines. Graveside Services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 17, 2021 at Rosehill Cemetery, Rockwell City, with Pastor Jim Davis officiating. Palmer & Swank Funeral Home, Rockwell City is in charge of arrangements. Terry is survived by his sister Sara Thurston of Fort Dodge; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy Kindred and Stella (Ludwig) Kindred Carnahan; brothers, Bill, Harold, and Lee Roy. Terry Ray Kindred was born February 8, 1942 at Rockwell City, Iowa and attended Rockwell City Schools. Terry worked for Calhoun County Road Maintenance for over 41 years until his retirement in 2004. He enjoyed collecting and selling diecast tractors and trucks.
