William E. "Bill" Dwyer, 62, of Fort Dodge, passed away on Saturday, March 31, 2018, at his home. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. at Laufersweiler-Sievers Funeral Home. Friends may call after 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home for an hour of visiting. Military Honors will be presented by the VFW Post 1856 and the United States Army Honor Guard. Survivors include his son, Dustin Dwyer (Leslie Mikesell) of Fort Dodge; daughter, Bristal (Brian) Waldera of Nevada; multiple grandchildren; brothers, Steve (Shirley) Jackson; John Dwyer; sisters, Veronica Dwyer (Dan); Denise (David) Chagollan; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Frances (Irving) Dwyer Sr. William Edmond Dwyer was born on December 7, 1955 in California. After graduation, Bill enlisted in the United States Army. He served as a Medic until his honorable discharge in 1981. Bill worked as a painter. He enjoyed fishing and the outdoors. He was always up for a good time with family and friends. He was always singing and dancing because he just loved to have fun. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
